Refund policy
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving an item to request a return in exchange for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when received, without any damage or defect.
To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide the instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be processed for a refund.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not need to return it. Please contact us and describe the issue you're facing in detail, and if appropriate, we will process a replacement.
Please note that customers are expected to cover the cost of shipping when returning an item.
Refunds
Our standard delivery window is between 4-7 days from the date your order is placed. However, during peak periods, delivery may take as many as 8-14 days. If your order does not arrive within 30 days after it was placed, you are entitled to a full refund.
To change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the shipment.
A refund, whether full or partial, will only be provided in the following scenarios:
1. An item has arrived damaged or defective, or you have received an incorrect item; you will receive a full refund for the item
2. Your order does not arrive within 30 days after it was placed; you will receive a full refund for the order.
3. Your item has been returned to us without any damage or defect within the 60-day window; you will receive a full refund for the item.
4. There has been an overpayment due to a technical glitch; you will receive a full refund for the overpaid amount.
5. We are unable to fulfil an item in your order; you will receive a full refund for the item.
6. Your order is cancelled before it was processed by our warehouse; you will receive a full refund for the order.
For exceptional circumstances not listed above where you believe you are entitled to a refund, we urge you to contact us. We will investigate the matter further and do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. With customer satisfaction being our top priority, we will investigate further and correct any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned for a refund. This includes consumables (such as patches or creams), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital products (such as e-books or warranties). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was when received, without any damage or defect.
Reimbursement
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us as soon as possible.
